REFUND / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Our florals are sourced and specially ordered from flower farms around the world.
Special orders are generally not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges after product approval from the customer and order is placed.
In the case of issues with special orders once received, Pretty Things will find a resolution with the manufacturer or another equivalent substitute source to fulfill your order such as if the order is damaged or incorrect and this will be communicated with the customer or customer will be refunded. No additional charges will apply.
We want all of our customers to love their florals every time and will do our very best to exceed your expectations.
All bouquets are manually inspected by our team at Pretty Things & Co to ensure the florals are in normal condition, of outstanding quality and are the correct item. Shedding can sometimes happen during shipping because these are natural florals and they are dried or preserved as the entire plant and cut to specifics. This is normal and expected, but this should not change the appearance or look of the florals.
In the case that an item slips through with an issue please see our return/exchange policy below.
- If the wrong item is shipped, the customer will be sent the correct item free of charge once the return shipment is received by shipping carrier (a free return label will be sent). Please send images of what was received to theprettythingsandco@outlook.com
- If an item arrives damaged (meaning blooms or florals are broken or missing) please send us an image so we can claim with the carrier and get a replacement sent. Please note, some shedding does occur in plants naturally. Most of the time we have extra florals in the bouquet because of that happening.
